Identity for a condo on the Bowery. We wanted to make something simple and modern that reflected the building architecture. The logo mark itself was inspired by the lines in the building's windows and the symmetry of the letterforms. The sales brochure came inside an outer black envelope with foil stamped logo and text. The brochure itself was printed on glossy paper and mixed black and white images of the neighborhood with the renderings on the residences. The overall goal was to create something elegant and simple that still reflected a bit of the old new york edge from the neighborhood.
